Cullum wins $1,000 in KCTV5, MNEA contest. Michelle Cullum, a 3rd grade teacher at Meadowmere Elementary School in Grandview C-4 School District was surprised with a visit Oct. 14 from MNEA Pres. Phillip Murray and KCTV5 meteorologist Erin Little. Pres. In 1994, he enrolled in the NEA Intern Program for Women and Minorities and Missouri NEA hired him to be the UniServ Director for the Southeast Unit.
